TMI senior forward Patricio Parra is the most prolific goal-scorer in San Antonio-area boys soccer history.
With three goals in the Panthers’ 12-1 win Tuesday vs. Saint Mary’s Hall, Parra increased his career total to 117. He surpassed the previous mark of 115 established by Southwest’s J.P. Ortiz.
Parra, a Cornell signee, entered this season tied for No. 2 on the all-time goals list with former Taft standout Carl Junot with 105. Parra netted 59 goals a year ago — the second-most in area history — to power TMI to its second straight TAPPS Division II state championship.
