1,000: Career kills for D’Hanis senior middle hitter Mabry Herrmann, who accomplished the feat during the Cowgirls’ victory vs. Medina on Sept. 30.
1,000: Total digs for Incarnate Word senior libero Isabella Ceja, who attained the mark during her team’s contest vs. Navarro on Sept. 30.
1,000: Kills for Incarnate Word senior outside hitter Giana Hilliard, who reached the standard during the Shamrocks’ match vs. Laredo United South on Sept. 6.
300: Career wins for Devine volleyball coach Leigh Anne McIver, who earned the achievement during the Arabians’ victory vs. Uvalde on Tuesday. McIver is in her 10th season at Devine and has guided her teams to four Region IV-4A tournament appearances. She previously coached five seasons at Fort Bend Bush, near Houston.
250: Victories for Reagan volleyball coach Rachel Torvik, who earned the distinction during the Rattlers’ win vs. Marshall on Tuesday. Torvik is in her fifth season at Reagan, guiding her 2020 squad to the UIL Class 6A state semifinals, and her 16th overall. She previously coached at Judson and San Antonio Veterans Memorial.
250: Wins for Harlan volleyball coach Monica Gonzales, who reached the standard during the Hawks’ triumph vs. Taft on Sept. 23. Gonzales is in her fifth season at Harlan — she’s led the Hawks to the Region IV-6A tournament each of the past two seasons — and ninth overall. She previously coached at Brennan and Fox Tech.
132: Career aces for Canyon Lake senior setter/defensive specialist Emily Pena, who established the mark during the Hawks’ district contest vs. Boerne on Sept. 27.
